SBI Shinsei International Limited (‘SIL’) acted as the arranger for a corporate bond issuance under the Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme by SBI Holdings, Inc., completing the underwriting of corporate bonds totalling 40 billion yen for the first time since the establishment of the entity.
The addition of MTN Arrangements to our existing Japanese equity and structured finance business enables us to meet the more diverse financial needs of our clients. SIL will continue to aim to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
