This is to officially inform the general public and stakeholders that the corporate name has been changed from SBI Shinsei International Limited to SBI International Limited with effect from 15 April 2025. There will be no changes to the products and services we offer.
Since becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of SBI SECURITIES Co.,Ltd. in October 2023, we have been expanding our operations primarily in capital market-related businesses, including Japanese equities. This name change reflects our aim to function as a hub supporting the diverse operations of the SBI Group in the UK and Europe.
We look forward to continuing to serve you under our new name, SBI International Limited.
